After Josia Kente early yesterday resigned as speaker of the Taraba state House of Assembly on the grounds of "personal reasons", a new speaker has emerged in the person of Hon. Mark Useni representing Takum II constituency.
But it seems all other principal officers of the House will maintained their positions.
