Pa. Michael Agbo Idibia, father of Nigeria RnB crooner 2face Idibia was led to rest today in Amufu, Ojapo community, in Okpokwu LGA of Benue state. Pa. Idibia lost the fight after a long battle to Cancer.
The remains departed for his native
home Edumoga, on Thursday November 6, 2014, after a wake keep was held at his Jikwoyi resident in Abuja on Nov. 5.
A requiem mass was held in his honour on Friday, Nov. 6, at about 10am, at Mount Carmel Catholic Church.
In a tribute to his dad 2face said.... “My father, the most humble and kindest I have ever met. My dad was such a gentleman, it was unbelievable. I can go on about
my dad and I will still not have enough to describe how peaceful he was. He fought till the end but God knows the best.
“To put things plain and simple, my father was a good man and my consolation is knowing that he
is definitely in heaven where we hope to meet him one day. Mummy and all of us will miss you dearly”,
2face was at the funeral with his wife Annie and his two daughters, Olivia and Isabella.
