An Abuja Federal High Court toady has ruled that The Speaker House of Representative, Aminu Tambuwal who recently defected to the opposition party -APC, should remain as the House Speaker till December 3.
The court also ruled that can not be removed while the house can never reconvene before the set date, Dec. 3rd.
