We just got a report now that scores of persons has lost their lives in Kano northern part of Nigeria following a bomb blast in that area.
The attack happened at the Federal College of Education (FCE),
Kano as members of the deadly Islamist group Boko Haram are the prime suspect of the attack.

Many students were killed in the attack as the gunmen were shooting sporadically at virtually anything that breaths even after
the bomb went off.
The residents of Kabuga area, the host
community of the institution told newsmen of the blast and sporadic gunshots in the vicinity resulting in pandemonium as students and residents scampered to safety while shop owners hurriedly locked up their shops.
Armed security men comprising of the military, police and Civil defense were sighted heading to the college.
We gathered that women were the highest affected.
