A man in India has sought to be divorced of
his wife. Alleging that his wife always forces him to have sex with her as many
times as possible without considering his strength and the health implication
that may arise from the escapade.
He begged the court in Mumbai that his wife
had in the past harassed him for sex non-stop since they got married in April
2012.
He claimed she gave him medication and
alcohol to boost his sexual appetite and energy required to play the fun game.
He also
accused the wife of abusing him physically whenever he tries resisting his wife’s
unnatural advances.
According to
the Times of India, the husband alleged that his sex-crazy spouse would force
him into having unnatural sex.
I did three
shifts everyday to make sure I provide for my family, but his wife would still
put unbearable pressure on him to fulfill her lust. He told the court.
Hmmmm, this
is really incredible indeed.
The woman
allegedly even went to the extent of threatening her husband that if her
demands were not satisfied, she would look elsewhere.
According to
him, He was hospitalized for a stomach ache in December, 2012 and his wife
chose to go her sister's home without taking care of her.
But just two
weeks later the wife returned with her sexual demands just as strong as ever,
even though doctors had advised the man to stay away from any physical
relationship while he recovered.
The man
alleged that his health deteriorated as he was unable to rest, such were his
wife's unremitting demands.
Things came
to a head in October 2013 when the man was operated on for appendicitis and his
wife still insisted that they have sexual relations, even as he struggled to
recover from the operation.
He told the
court that he had often begged his wife to visit a psychiatrist but spouse
simply refused to take action but rather threatened to deal with him if he ever
reveal their internal issues.
He insisted he
can no longer tolerate such atrocities in what was supposed to be enjoyed,
stating that his life is at stake too.
After
hearing the man’s case, the presiding Judge allowed the man’s petition and granted
the divorce.
