JOAN RIVERS'S Real Cause of Death Revealed Today

     Late Popular Comedian Joan Rivers's actual cause of death, was revealed today after the conclusion of an investigation into the cause of the Late Comedian's death. Rivers died at the age of 81years on 4th September,2014 in New York City.

According to DailyMail:

      The investigation reveals the exact cause to be 
      'anoxic encephalopathy due to hypoxic arrest
      during laryngoscopy and upper gastrointestinal             endoscopy with propofol sedation for evaluation 
of voice changes and gastroesophageal reflux disease.'Hypoxic arrest is caused by a drastic reduction in oxygen supply to the brain.

That then leads to anoxic encephalopathy, which is brain damage due to lack of oxygen. 

The laryngoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy refers to the surgery Rivers was having performed at the time.
