An explosion occurred today at the premises of the Gombe State owned transport company-Gombe Line (Gombe Jewel) in Gombe town, the capital of Gombe State around 9.45am this morning.
Nine people lost their lives in the explosion while 37 received various degrees of injuries in the explosion.
Statistics shows the dead are five females and four males.
The incident has been confirmed by The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) in Gombe as rescue operations are on-going while victims are been evacuated to the Gombe state Specialist Hospital.
