The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has annouced it will commence the distribution of the Permanent PVC voters card on November 7 in Lagos, Kano, Rivers, Adamawa, Borno, Edo, Imo, Kaduna, Katsina, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun and Plateau states.
The Electoral body says the distribution exercise will last for 3 days. It advised Voters to collect their PCV from designated centres as the temporary voters cards will not be used during the 2015 elections.
So if you want to vote in the 2015 elections, then makes sure you get your card or !
