A Mexican traffic police officer in the city of Tijuana Jose Ruben Echeverria is a police officer with a different as he keeps motorist and pedestrians who are stuck at traffic happy with his own style of discharging his duties.
Ruben Displays his creativity as he dances to Michael Jackson's style of dance while still directing traffic.
He says he dances to create Comic relieve so that people won't be stressed up while waiting to make a cross at traffic, and to help change people's attitude.

‘You see them, wanting to cross, to get through, and so you need to look for a way to make that moment pleasant for them while they are stuck there, so when they finally make it [through] they can continue with a different attitude,’ he told Ruptly TV.
